How long does it take to produce the piece I just ordered?
Production and expedition time between 5 to 15 business days.
Do I need to give any special care to my unique piece?
The most obvious is don't drop it :).
I would recommend not to get the surface of your glass piece wet as to avoid liquid slipping under the glass surface, a slightly wet microfiber cloth will do the trick. I would also advise not to put your concrete and glass piece in direct sun light.
The concrete is sealed and varnished and does not need any particular care.
What is your return policy?
-14 days from your delivery date. The package and piece must be returned in its original state for a full refund.
-Although I take the utmost care in packaging your order, due to the material involved sometimes accidents might happen with the handling of your package. Please send me a photo of the damage as soon as you receive your package so we can discuss your options (new piece sent to you or refund).
-The return process is free, simply follow the link from your track and trace email to create a return label.
Why is there a price difference between the different glass finishes?
Do you do bigger mirror artwork?
With the concrete element being involved, the current sizes are the only available. However, should you wish to commission a glass piece only, please be in touch with your request for a personalized quote.
Each finish has its own complexity and some finishes require more working time or material or both.
